Description

Pre Season Fitness and Fun sessions lead by Paul. We would like every player to reach the best personal level of rugby fitness before the season starts and have a good time doing it. Will include circuits, touch rugby and rugby skills that will help promote fitness. Its not much time so please ensure the guys are down ready to start prompt at 6pm and we will do our best to ensure we have a hard stop at 7.15pm. Cheers
